The delivery and support experience was excellent. I had a small delivery concern, but the support team kept me updated and was very helpful throughout the process. The installation was arranged quickly, and the technician contacted me proactively. Since I wasn't available on the first day, they rescheduled without any hassle and completed the installation the very next day.
What impressed me most was the transparent installation process. There were no hidden charges or unnecessary add-ons. I only paid the standard installation fee and nothing extra.
The Koche Port 60 BLDC Chimney looks premium and comes with great features such as RPM display, sensors, bright LED lighting, and an effective self-cleaning function. The warranty coverage is also outstanding—2 years comprehensive warranty on the chimney, 10 years on the motor, and 2 years on the filter, which is better than what many brands offer.
Although I've been using it for a short time, my experience so far has been excellent. Great product, smooth installation, responsive customer support, and good value for money. Highly recommended!
