- Users must provide accurate and complete information to process their orders. Köche is not liable for incorrect or fraudulent details provided by the user.
- Users agree that any payment details provided (credit/debit card or net banking information) are accurate, valid, and lawfully owned. Fraudulent usage is punishable under applicable law.
- Köche may request additional verification before accepting an order and will contact the user if required.
- Sensitive Personal Data shared by the user will be handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011.
3. Liability Disclaimer
- While Köche strives for accuracy, product descriptions, specifications, and visuals may contain typographical or technical errors. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown.
- Köche has a policy of continuous product improvement and reserves the right to make changes without notice.
- Köche shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchase of products.
4. Orders & Payment
- Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation. Accepted payment modes include Credit/Debit Cards, UPI. Other forms of payment (e.g., cheques or money orders) are not accepted.
- All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Köche reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment issues, suspected fraud, inaccuracies in product/pricing information, or non-availability of products.
- All payment data is securely transmitted using SSL technology. Our payment gateway is PCI DSS compliant, ensuring high data protection standards.
- Köche does not store any credit card information.
- By providing payment details, you confirm: 1) The details are accurate and valid. 2) The card is lawfully owned. 3) Your payment information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for fraud verification. 4) Köche is not liable for fraudulent credit card usage. The customer bears sole responsibility and must prove otherwise.
Delivery:
Products are delivered through trusted logistics partners within 2-6 business days from the date of purchase, depending on your location.
Returns:
- Refunds, returns and cancellations are generally not accepted as per our policy.
- We provide replacements ONLY for products damaged at the time of delivery or shipping or if a wrong product has been sent.
- If you receive a damaged product ordered through our website, please notify our team within 10 days of delivery at marketing@koche.in with photos and order details.
- Our team will verify and arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all packing material intact and in the same condition as received. All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
Warranty:
- Any issues arising post-delivery or during product usage fall under the manufacturer’s warranty.

- Our team will assist you with the claim process and authorized service centers.

- Note: Ensure that the warranty registration is done within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Köche shall not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- The maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product.
Cancellation Before the Product Is Shipped:
- If your order (or specific items within it) has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it directly through our website.

Once confirmed, your order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Cancellation After the Product Has Been Shipped:
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you may email us at orders-support@koche.in
- Once we receive the product, a quality check will be conducted. If the product passes the inspection, the refund will be initiated after deducting applicable shipping charges.
- All content, trademarks, designs, and materials are owned by Köche or Köche International Private Limited.
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited under Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
- Users may download or use the content for personal, non-commercial use, provided no alterations are made.
