The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website for the purchase of products or any other interaction. By accessing, browsing, or transacting on this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Koche International Private Limited or Köche provides the services of this website subject to the terms herein (the “Agreement”). We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Köche may deny access to anyone who is found in violation of this Agreement.

Only individuals aged 18 and above may use this website to purchase products for personal, family, or household use.

You acknowledge that using this website and transacting through it is at your own risk, and you undertake to act prudently and responsibly while doing so.

1. Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy available on this website is part of these Terms & Conditions. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

2. User Information
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information to process their orders. Köche is not liable for incorrect or fraudulent details provided by the user.
  • Users agree that any payment details provided (credit/debit card or net banking information) are accurate, valid, and lawfully owned. Fraudulent usage is punishable under applicable law.
  • Köche may request additional verification before accepting an order and will contact the user if required.
  • Sensitive Personal Data shared by the user will be handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011.

3. Liability Disclaimer
  • While Köche strives for accuracy, product descriptions, specifications, and visuals may contain typographical or technical errors. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown.
  • Köche has a policy of continuous product improvement and reserves the right to make changes without notice.
  • Köche shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchase of products.

4. Orders & Payment
  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation. Accepted payment modes include Credit/Debit Cards, UPI. Other forms of payment (e.g., cheques or money orders) are not accepted.
  • All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Köche reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment issues, suspected fraud, inaccuracies in product/pricing information, or non-availability of products.

5. Credit Card & Payment Security
  • All payment data is securely transmitted using SSL technology. Our payment gateway is PCI DSS compliant, ensuring high data protection standards.
  • Köche does not store any credit card information.
  • By providing payment details, you confirm: 1) The details are accurate and valid. 2) The card is lawfully owned. 3) Your payment information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for fraud verification. 4) Köche is not liable for fraudulent credit card usage. The customer bears sole responsibility and must prove otherwise.

6. Delivery, Returns, Warranty & Liability

Delivery:

Products are delivered through trusted logistics partners within 2-6 business days from the date of purchase, depending on your location. 

Returns:

  • Customer may return/exchange any new product purchased from Köche only if it is dead on arrival, arrives in a damaged condition, or has a major variance from the agreed specifications. Köche reserves the right to test and inspect the product and impose a customer fee of up to 15% of the product sale price and transportation cost if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any appliance/product damaged through customer misuse, missing parts, or in an unsellable condition due to customer tampering will not be accepted for return.
  • Köche will not accept the return of any appliance/product more than 15 days after the customer receives the shipment. The amount for the product shall be refunded to the customer as per the policy within 8-10 days.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all packing material intact and in the same condition as received. All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

Warranty:

  • Warranty registration is simple and paperless — just scan the QR code found on the product, packaging, or instruction manual to activate it.
Limitation of Liability:
  • Köche shall not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • The maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation Before the Product Is Shipped:

  • If your order (or specific items within it) has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it directly through our website.
  • If you’re facing any issues, please contact us at orders-support@koche.in
    Once confirmed, your order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.

Cancellation After the Product Has Been Shipped:

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you may email us at orders-support@koche.in
  • Once we receive the product, a quality check will be conducted. If the product passes the inspection, the refund will be initiated after deducting applicable shipping charges.

8. Typographical Errors
In case of incorrect pricing or product information due to typographical or system errors, Köche reserves the right to cancel orders placed for such products, even if confirmed or paid. Any such payments will be refunded.

9. Intellectual Property
  • All content, trademarks, designs, and materials are owned by Köche or Köche International Private Limited.
  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited under Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
  • Users may download or use the content for personal, non-commercial use, provided no alterations are made.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
