How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Köche products are typically delivered within 8–10 business days, depending on the location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

How can I track my order?

Do Köche products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Köche products come with a warranty, with the duration varying by product. For complete details, please refer to the warranty information on each product page.

How can I register my product warranty?

You can register your Köche product warranty by simply scanning the QR code on the product, its packaging, or the instruction manual.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes, installation services are available for all Köche products. To book an installation, please contact our customer support team at +91 90082 33910 or visit your nearest Köche service center.

What is Köche’s return and refund policy?
  • Customer may return/exchange any new product purchased from Köche only if it is dead on arrival, arrives in a damaged condition, or has a major variance from the agreed specifications. Köche reserves the right to test and inspect the product and impose a customer fee of up to 15% of the product sale price and transportation cost if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any appliance/product damaged through customer misuse, missing parts, or in an unsellable condition due to customer tampering will not be accepted for return.
  • Köche will not accept the return of any appliance/product more than 15 days after the customer receives the shipment. The amount for the product shall be refunded to the customer as per the policy within 8-10 days.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all packing material intact and in the same condition as received. All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
How does heat auto-clean work?

To initiate Heat Auto-Clean, press the auto-clean button on the control panel. A 10-minute timer will begin.

For the first 9 minutes, the internal heater melts and loosens the grease.

In the last 1 minute, the fan runs at low speed to blow the loosened grease out through the outlet.

Any remaining residue collects in the oil collector tray behind the filter.

After the cycle ends, carefully remove the tray, empty and clean it, and slide it back into place securely.

How is a BLDC chimney better than a traditional chimney?

A BLDC (Brushless DC) motor offers several advantages:

• Up to 40% more energy savings

• Up to 40% lower noise

2x longer lifespan

2x lower vibrationand a cooler motor compared to regular chimneys

How should I select the size between 60, 75 & 90 cm?

Choose 60 cm chimney for 2-burner stoves, 75 cm for 3–4 burners, and 90 cm for 4–5 burners or larger cooktops.

For spacious kitchens or heavy cooking, 90 cm is recommended for better suction and coverage.

What is the difference between a hob, cooktop, gas stove, and hobtop?

Hobs:

Hobs are typically installed by cutting the kitchen countertop creating a sleek and modern look.

While most hobs require this built-in installation, Köche hobs also come with legs, allowing you to place them directly on the countertop if you prefer

Usually come with advanced features like auto ignition, multi-pin burners, and safety systems.

Cooktops / Gas Stoves:

Sit on top of the kitchen counter and are not built-in.

Easy to install, move, or replace — ideal for renters or frequent movers.

Available in stainless steel or toughened glass designs with manual or auto ignition.

Hobtops:

Combine the premium look of built-in hobs with the convenience of cooktops.

Designed to sit on the countertop without requiring any cutting or recessed installation.

Offer a modern aesthetic with brass burners, auto ignition, and ergonomic knobs.

Can I use heavy cookware like iron tawa or pressure cookers on the hob?

Yes, hobs are designed to support heavy Indian cookware as long as the pan supports are sturdy and placed correctly.

Is auto-ignition safe?

Yes, auto ignition is generally safe, and in some ways, safer than manual ignition because it eliminates the need for matches or lighters, which reduces the risk of burns.

Will water spills or food spills damage the hob?

No, toughened glass and drip trays are designed to handle spills. Just make sure to clean them promptly.

What are the installation charges for chimneys, hobs, cooktops, and hobtops?

The installation charges are as follows:

• Chimney: Rs. 700 (base price)

• Hobs: Rs. 500 (base price)

• Cooktops: Rs. 400 (base price)

The installation is usually completed within 48–72 hours from the time the installation ticket is raised.

Can I do the chimney installation if there are tiles or window?

Yes, chimneys can be installed on tiled surfaces. However, it must be done carefully to avoid any damage to the tiles.

Installation is possible on windows too but the customer must provide the necessary support structure, and our team will assist to ensure it is installed securely.

What is the turnaround time (TAT) for repairs?

The standard TAT for any appliances is usually 48–96 hours.

How many services does a chimney need in a year?

You need 2 periodic maintenance services per year.
