Cancellation policy

Cancellation Before the Product Is Shipped:

  • If your order (or specific items within it) has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it directly through our website.
  • If you’re facing any issues, please contact us at orders-support@koche.in
  • Once confirmed, your order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.


Cancellation After the Product Has Been Shipped:

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you may email us at orders-support@koche.in
  • Once we receive the product, a quality check will be conducted. If the product passes the inspection, the refund will be initiated after deducting applicable shipping charges.

Other Terms & Conditions:

  1. Köche may require additional verification or information before accepting an order. In such cases, our team will contact you. If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount will be refunded to the same account. Refund timelines will depend on your bank’s policies and generally reflect within 7–10 business days.
  2. Köche reserves the right to accept or cancel any order for any reason. The customer agrees not to dispute Köche’s decision regarding cancellations.
  3. Orders may be cancelled in the following cases:
  • Issues identified by our credit or fraud detection team.
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
  • Non-availability of the product ordered.
  • Any other reasons beyond the reasonable control of Köche.
