Refund policy
REPLACEMENT, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:
- Refunds, returns and cancellations are generally not accepted as per our policy.
- We provide replacements only for products damaged at the time of delivery or shipping or if a wrong product has been sent.
- If you receive a damaged product ordered through our website, please notify our team within 10 days of delivery at marketing@koche.in with photos and order details.
- Our team will verify and arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all packing material intact and in the same condition as received. All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
- Any issues arising post-delivery or during product usage fall under the manufacturer’s warranty.
