Serviceability
Köche delivers to most major locations across India through reputed logistics partners. However, certain locations may not be serviceable due to logistical limitations. You can check availability for your area by entering your pin code on the product page.

Shipping Charges
Most orders are delivered free of cost. In some cases, a minimal shipping fee may apply—this will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The amount shown at checkout is final, with no hidden charges. All prices on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Delivery Time
Our products are delivered through trusted courier partners (hereafter referred to as “SHIPPER”). Deliveries are made on weekdays, excluding national and public holidays. Standard delivery time is 10–12 business days from the date of purchase. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer, though most orders are fulfilled sooner.

Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS on your registered details. For courier shipments, tracking details (courier company name and airway bill number) will be shared so you can monitor your order status.
