The base installation charge for a cooktop or gas stove or hobtop is ₹400, and the service is completed within 48–72 hours of raising the installation ticket.
What is the turnaround time (TAT) in case of repairs?
The standard TAT is 48–72 hours.
Are spare parts like knobs and burners easily available?
Yes, all essential spare parts are available through authorized service centers.
How many services do I need in a year for this cooktop?
You need 1 periodic maintenance service per year and you can avail this service by subscribing to the Mandatory Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) of Rs. 750 Per Annum.
What is the difference between a Hob and a Cooktop?
Hobs:
Hobs are typically installed by cutting the kitchen countertop creating a sleek and modern look.
While most hobs require this built-in installation, Köche hobs also come with legs, allowing you to place them directly on the countertop if you prefer
Usually come with advanced features like auto ignition, multi-pin burners, and safety systems.
